Shipping Methods

1.Express Courier --- Door to Door

For samples or small orders, we adopt air express courier.

The choice of courier varies according to different country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, UPS and FedEx. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

Delivery time is usually around 3- 5 days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and 5-10days by EMS, depending on the country.

2.Air Shipment --- Door to airport

For medium orders, we adopt bulk air shipment. You can use this way if you have your own forwarder to help you collect the goods at your local airport. The price of air shipment is much better than express delivery.

Delivery time is usually around 2- 3 days to your local airport.

3.Sea Freight --- Warehouse to Customs of your country

For very large orders, we adopt sea freight.

This is the cheapest way, 5 ¨C 50USD/cubic meter.

Sea freight takes a little longer time, usually 15 -30 days to your Customs. If you don't have large order, for example more than 3 cubic meters, it is better to do sea freight.

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, KZ balls will assist as much as possible.

Tracking Packages

Will You Send Me A Tracking Number?

After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used (depending on your email preferences).

Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number.If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please open a ticket in the support system quoting your order number(s).
